This is amazing! This ramen embodies the word “light” itself. It is a salt ramen, but in any case, it is very light. And the chicken flavor spreads slowly and refreshingly throughout the body. It’s so delicious! You must try this by all means. It is like drinking the finest soup.
It is a Japanese soup made from chicken and fish ara, slowly concentrating the flavor!
I urge all Overseas Visitors to try this artistic dish! It is by no means light in flavor. It is a deeply flavored salt ramen.
When I went there for lunch, scallop takikomi-gohan (rice cooked with scallops) was included in the service!
A nice bonus! Scallop cooked rice was included in the service! It has a rustic flavor and goes well with ramen again.
I ordered the light buckwheat noodle!
The photo above is of the “Tanrei Soba”. The most popular item at the restaurant seems to be the “Special” Tanrei-Soba, which includes grilled pork and steamed chicken, as well as Ajitama (seasoned egg) and Tsukune (chicken ball)!
There is also a thick tsukemen (tsukemen noodles), and I’m interested in the thick as well as the light version! I would like to try that one next time!
