Since childhood, the classic 3 o’clock snack has always been the Country Ma’am! They are both moist and crispy, and accented with scattered chocolate chips! They are very tasty cookies. I can’t count how many times I’ve eaten them. These are the classic Japanese cookies that overseas visitors should try.
