And beef tongue shops vary wildly in quality. Generally, if they boast about being cheap, it’s thin!
I found a thick-cut beef tongue set meal. It’s at Sachinoya. It’s thick!
It’s nice and thick, and comes with grated yam and tail soup. It’s satisfyingly chewy and absolutely delicious~~~!!!
Personally, I also really love the roasted green tea they serve after the meal.
It’s located in the Sogo department store near Omiya Station in Saitama City. I highly recommend it!!
