Three types of Sapporo draft beer with distinct pouring techniques are served at THE BAR.

This place is hugely popular with people who want to enjoy delicious draft beer. It’s conveniently located directly connected to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Station “Ginza 4-chome Crossing.” When you feel like drinking a tasty beer, you can head straight there.
Entrance

It’s so popular that lines sometimes form. However, since there’s a limit of two drinks per person, it’s a standing bar, and most importantly, everyone comes specifically to savor the draft beer, many people come and go quickly. So, if you wait a little while, you’ll be able to get in.
First, Beer please!
Choose from three types of beer: The Perfect, First, and Hybrid.

I started with The Perfect. Poured from its dedicated beer server, it delivers a “perfect draft beer” that’s creamy, clear, and cold. Look at this perfect balance and creaminess. Delicious.

They pour it like this.

Next up was the First. This one is poured at high speed from a different spout called a swing spout, commonly used back in the Showa era. It’s poured with such force. It’s a beer that delivers a refreshing sensation. Compared to The Perfect, you can see the difference in the size of the foam. Its strong carbonation gives it a crisp, clean taste.

Delicious Food, Premium Ginza Sandwich
The snack menu is also well-stocked. The recommended item is the Premium Ginza Sandwich. Each month, it features a sandwich collaboration with a renowned Ginza restaurant, showcasing their signature menu item. When I visited, it was an adaptation of the most popular dish from Ginza’s popular Chinese restaurant “Hagoromo”: their shrimp spring rolls. Eating it with the original sauce was pure bliss. It pairs perfectly with beer!

And then, the nuts. These are truffle-flavored.

The menu looks like this. There are all sorts of delicious-looking items.

An Elegant Space
A sophisticated space with Black Label stars and beautiful glasses neatly arranged. It’s a wonderfully calm space where you can savor the deliciousness of beer.

Designed as the perfect space to savor draft beer.

If you are a beer lover, be sure to visit this bar. Given the location, there are many overseas visitors, and the staff’s English is flawless. They handled the service smoothly. What’s delicious transcends borders. Everyone left the shop thoroughly satisfied.
