I was caught off guard by the fact that it was frozen food. This is a surprisingly delicious dish. It is a Kyoto-style dashi, so it has a light taste, but with the added accents of kujo-negi and yuba, it has an exquisite flavor that makes you addicted to it. I would feel no discomfort if I were served it at a restaurant, and I think I would become a regular customer.
I believe that overseas visitors will also appreciate the high quality of Japanese frozen foods. You can easily enjoy the taste of a restaurant at home! We hope you will give this a try.

Cooking is easy! Just heat it up. The soup stock and ingredients are also frozen as a set. It’s easy!

The finished product looks like this. It is delicious with a topping of “Iichimi” (Japanese Chile pepper). If you like, you can add tofu or eggs to make it even tastier!

Why don’t you try frozen foods that you can easily eat at home if you have a chance? It may possibly taste better than at a restaurant!
