The other day, I shared an article about the candle shop (here), but I’ve been back again!
It’s the dan dan noodles I’d been curious about!!!
Look at this vibrant colour! Meat, bok choy, sesame seeds, spring onions and nuts are arranged in perfect balance, and the soup is wonderfully rich too! Delicious.
This time, I’ve made it as a sansho-free dan dan noodle. Even if you’re not keen on sansho, you can request it without it!
Dan dan noodles are also a quiet recommendation!!!
