I discovered a shovel-shaped spoon. And it’s made in Niigata Prefecture’s Tsubame City, Japan’s proud “city of manufacturing.”

Enjoyable Silverware
Using this spoon to eat cake or yogurt instantly lifts your spirits! It’s also delightful how the shovel handle is perfectly recreated.

Made in Tsubame
Tsubame City is an industrial hub renowned for its advanced metal composite processing. It’s a major production center for metal Western tableware and metal houseware products, boasting a significant global share in Western tableware production. It clearly says “Made in TSUBAME,” making it perfect as a souvenir. Its small size makes it easy to carry around. It’s an excellent, casual gift. The only downside is that the spoon itself doesn’t say “Made in TSUBAME.” This is definitely something I hope they improve.

This spoon is perfect for home use and would be fun to bring along on camping trips too. The quality is outstanding, of course, and it’s a spoon that combines fun and cuteness. I highly recommend it as a gift for overseas visitors.
