Curry has evolved uniquely in Japan. Many overseas visitors are addicted to Japanese curry rice. This time, I would like to introduce you to the Hokkaido soup curry at “Tokyo Rakkyo Brothers” in Waseda. It is different from Bonta in Shinjuku. The soup curry here is also delicious and very popular.

How to order

First, choose a curry, and then select the spiciness of the curry. The spiciness of the curry can be selected from Level 0 to 100∞. Then, you choose the amount of rice and toppings. It seems that everyone is cautious about the spiciness of the curry. The duo from Singapore sitting next to us chose Level 1 after long consideration. I chose Level 5. As a result, it was a great decision. It was spicy, delicious, and very satisfying.

On the right is the regular menu item, “Garlic-filled Pork Negi Soup Curry. It is a sweet curry with a hint of garlic. Both are very satisfying with plenty of vegetables and spicy curry.
