I discovered a hidden sushi restaurant tucked away on the second floor of a building in a narrow alley. It’s a lovely sushi restaurant run by a married couple, and loved by regulars.
While the regulars were enjoying their drinks and sashimi, I ate plenty of my favorite sushi with a sushi set and green tea! I’m sure Overseas Visitors would be delighted if you brought them to a restaurant like this. It’s great value for money and has a great atmosphere, so I’m sure it will be an unforgettable experience.
The chef’s choice nigiri “Sai” is 4,950 yen! This volume and quality for this price! It was so delicious that it wouldn’t be surprising if it was twice as expensive.
First of all, the fatty tuna and sea urchin are incredibly delicious. The fatty tuna is full of flavor and not too fatty, but it is very flavorful. The person I went to eat with doesn’t usually like fatty tuna, but she really liked it. The sea urchin was also sweet and had no odor, it was delicious!!
The conger eel was also crispy and very delicious. The head of the jumbo peony shrimp was grilled until crispy, so you can eat the rest. The ark shell and Gizzard shad were also consistently delicious.
And there were five tekkamaki rolls, so it was very filling. By the way, the menu seems to change depending on the day’s stock.
The side dishes also looked delicious. They would go well with sake! Next time, I’d like to try the side dishes too.
This is a sushi restaurant that is sure to leave you very satisfied! The owner makes all the sushi by himself, so the wait time is a little long, but it makes you hungry and the food tastes even better! Make sure you have plenty of time to get there!
