We found a very elegant ramen restaurant in Saitama! There is a teppan/kaiseki restaurant nearby called “Kurama,” but it is a more casual restaurant specializing in ramen. The restaurant is a bit more casual, specializing in ramen.
The soup is made without using any chemical seasonings. The soup is made with the utmost care, and you can’t help but drink more and more of it!

I asked for soy sauce! Nori comes on a separate plate.
The soup has a clear, elegant flavor, and you can slowly taste the shellfish and seafood broth. The crunchy onion is a nice touch. The crunchy onion adds a nice accent to the soup and makes it a delight to the palate.
Nori (seaweed) can be added at any time to suit your taste. It is delicious!
My friends I went with ordered the salt flavor. If you prefer a lighter taste, this is the place to go! I tasted the soup and found it to be refreshing.
