Awaji Island is full of flowers! Awaji Hanasaji” is a place where you can enjoy flowers spread all over the island. It is a must-see place when you come to Awaji Island.
The background is the sea, and the view is very open, making the flowers look even more beautiful.

The spacious grounds are filled with flowers
The flowers in bloom are different depending on the season. This time I visited in August! Speaking of summer, sunflowers are in full bloom! Sunflowers were in full bloom.

The vast site is full of greenery! In the middle of it, a picture of an onion character!
The onion character is depicted on the lawn in the distance. Awaji Island is famous for its onions! The artist asked children to submit illustrations and drew the selected works on the lawn. It is wonderful to have one’s work dynamically drawn on the lawn.

Location for recording the final episode of the morning drama “Asa ga kita”!
It was also the location for the final episode of the very popular morning drama “Asa ga kita”! Personally, it was the most interesting morning drama. Here is the scene where the main character is shown with her students at the tree, and where she is reunited with her husband who died at the end in the flower garden.
